Tea and a Walk in the Woods
Busy life; work, errands to run, house to clean, cook, gym, family, so many to do's. A walk in the woods always helps to clear the mind. It is often the best remedy and keeps us sane, soft, able to cope, and just deal with our often busy every day lives. Walking amongst natures' often times overlooked treasures, many times right in our own backyards, it's a wonder to be blessed with such beauty. Something to humble us and remind us there are bigger things in life than just our problems, worries, and trying moments, because at times they seem bigger than life itself. A promise to myself, get out and walk more, let these forests humble you and remind you to breathe, enjoy, and marvel at the wonders right in your own backyard. Then, reward yourself with a nice cup of tea, and don't forget to invite a friend.

Yes, you are definitely right! I love being outdoors too -- somehow there is a feeling of release when you see the expansiveness of your surroundings...not to mention inhaling the untainted smells of nature.
