After a Long Absence and more....

This is long awaited check-in after a much needed sabbatical. We're getting into an exercise routine minus all that homework and business from school. This is my personal goal for wellness and fitness in a daily 'rat race' environment. Degree earned, marriage in June, and forensic research being the latest adventure. Not to mention volunteer work within local law enforcement agencies. P.S. gun shooting was not my forte' and I failed the practice, but that's all good...there's always a bow and arrow via my favorite muse Xena! More to come, I promise!
