12 Degrees and What else to Do?

Rhode Island is a beautiful state and when I recently visited, the frigid weather made me want to stay inside and huddle by the heat. However, seeing snow on the ground and wanting to get out and walk around landed Larry and I in Newport Beach for the afternoon where we stumbled upon an ice carving festival. Amazing how one block of ice could be carved into something so creative.

The snow is back on the ground in Rhode Island, and it is about 20 degrees. For some reason it feels colder now then during your visit, and this time we got so much snow you could of brought some home with you. LOL
