Snowing Petals and Haiku in Alameda

This time of the year the trees are blossoming all over the Alameda Isle. It looks like it's snowing flower petals all down the streets! For some this is a beautiful time of the year, but for others it's becoming allergy in the lower realms.

Haiku - Seasons

New life bursting forth
Refreshed from winter's slumber
Rejoicing in spring.

Sun toasted tourists
Fully oiled and close to done
Sweating out summer

The wind blows past me
Scattered falling leaves abound
Visiting autumn

The snow dusts my hair
Icy northern winds do blow
Surviving winter

See you soon! Alameda was beautiful this weekend and I took a bike ride around the island yesterday.
